Mayor Franklin opened the floor to public comments.
Seeing no requests to speak, Mayor Franklin closed the floor to public comments.
CLOSED SESSION
Mayor Franklin announced the following Closed Session:

II. RECESS INTO CLOSED SESSION
At 5:03 PM, the City Council recessed into Closed Session.
III. RECONVENE INTO OPEN SESSION
At 6:10 PM, the City Council reconvened into Open Session, with the exception of Mayor Pro Tem Howorth, who was not present on Zoom when the City Council returned to Council Chambers.

IV. CLOSED SESSION ANNOUNCEMENT IN OPEN SESSION
Mayor Franklin announced that the City Council went into Closed Session to discuss the items as listed on the agenda and no announcement upor reconvening into Open Session is legally required for this type of Close G. ADJOURNMENT
At 6:10 PM, Mayor Franklin adjourned the meeting to the October 14, 2024, Adjourned Regular City Council Meeting at 8:30 AM.
