Mayor Franklin called the meeting to order.
B. PLEDGE TO THE FLAG
Everyone in Chambers led the Pledge of Allegiance.
C. ROLL CALL
Roll Call by City Clerk Liza Tamura.
Present: 5 - Mayor Franklin, Mayor Pro Tem Howorth, Councilmember Lesser, Councilmember Napolitano and Councilmember Montgomery
D. APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA
A motion was made by Mayor Pro Tem Howorth, seconded by Councilmember Lesser, to approve the agenda. The motion carried by the following vote:

Mayor Franklin opened the floor to public comments.
Seeing no requests to speak, Mayor Franklin closed the floor to public comments.
F. CLOSED SESSION
Mayor Franklin announced the following Closed Session:

II. RECESS INTO CLOSED SESSION
At 8:35 AM, the City Council recessed into Closed Session.
III. RECONVENE INTO OPEN SESSION
At 1:01 PM, the City Council reconvened into Open Session with the exception of Mayor Franklin and Councilmember Montgomery, who were not present in the City Council Chambers.

IV. CLOSED SESSION ANNOUNCEMENT IN OPEN SESSION
