The Harry Potter Forbidden Experience is an immersive tourist attraction in Westchester New York.

Sony called CharterUP when they needed to reserve more than 50 buses over a period of 5 days to shuttle event attendees and employees. One of the largest trade shows, CES attracts over 115,000 attendees and 3000 exhibitors annually.
Shuttle routes were planned based on traffic routes and access to hotels and the events located at the Las Vegas Convention Center (LVCC). The client was assigned a dedicated Account Manager and 24/7 support to ensure quick response time. Live location tracking was enabled for each bus to ensure the best possible experience.
