A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY
COUNCIL APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO THE
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF MANHATTAN
BEACH AND DKS ASSOCIATES FOR ADDITIONAL
PROFESSIONAL DESIGN SERVICES FOR THE
MANHATTAN BEACH ADVANCED TRAFFIC SIGNAL
SYSTEM PROJECT
THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves the Amendment No. 2 to the Agreement between the City of Manhattan Beach and DKS Associates dated November 6, 2024, for additional professional design services for the Manhattan Beach Advanced Traffic Signal System Project in the amount of $279,615.
SECTION 2. The Council hereby directs the City Manager to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution.
