A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY
COUNCIL APPROVING A TRANSFER AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF MANHATTAN BEACH AND THE
LOS ANGELES FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT FOR SAFE
CLEAN WATER FUNDS
THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves the Fiscal Year 2020- 2021 Transfer Agreement between the City of Manhattan Beach and the Los Angeles Flood Control District for funds to support safe clean water activities.
SECTION 2. The Council hereby directs the City Manager to execute the Transfer Agreement on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution.
ADOPTED on August 18, 2020.
