RESOLUTION NO. 24-0120
A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY
COUNCIL APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN CITY
OF MANHATTAN BEACH AND BUTIER ENGINEERING,
INC. FOR CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT AND
INSPECTION SERVICES FOR VOORHEES SEWER LIFT
STATION IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT
THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves th e Agreement between the City of Manhattan Beach and Butier Engineering, Inc. , dated November 6, 2024, for the Voorhees Avenue Sewer Lift Station Improvements Project (“Project”), in the amount of $548,140.
SECTION 2. The City Council hereby authorizes and directs the City Manager to execute the Agreement.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution.
