A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY
COUNCIL APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
CITY OF MANHATTAN BEACH AND HINDERLITER DE
LLAMAS & ASSOCIATES FOR BUSINESS LICENSE
SOFTWARE AND RELATED SERVICES
THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves the Agreement between the City of Manhattan Beach and Hinderliter de Llamas & Associates dated November 19, 2024 , for business license software and related services for a n estimated amount of $90,100 annually, plus CPI increases thereafter.
SECTION 2. The Council hereby directs the City Manager to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution.
