RESOLUTION NO. 24-0136
A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY
COUNCIL APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF MANHATTAN
BEACH AND FAITH GROUP, LLC FOR ADDITIONAL
INSPECTION SERVICES FOR THE CITYWIDE SECURITY
CAMERAS PROJECT – PHASES 1 AND 2
THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves the Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement between the City of Manhattan Beach and Faith Group, LLC for additional inspection services for the Citywide Security Cameras Project – Phases 1 and 2 in the amount of $119,760.
SECTION 2. The Council hereby directs the City Manager , and/or his or her designee, to execute the Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution.
