A motion was made by Councilmember Montgomery, seconded by Councilmember Franklin, to approve the agenda. The motion carried by the following vote:

City Attorney Barrow announced that the City Council went into Closed Session and had a special meeting with respect to giving direction to Real Property Negotiators with respect to the property identified on the agenda. The City Council gave direction to the City Attorney.
