A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY
COUNCIL APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF MANHATTAN
BEACH AND GEOSYNTEC CONSULTANTS, INC. FOR
ADDITIONAL DESIGN SERVICES FOR THE MANHATTAN
BEACH DOMINGUEZ CHANNEL STORMWATER
INFILTRATION PROJECT FEASIBILITY STUDY
THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement between the City of Manhattan Beach and Geosyntec Consultants, Inc. for additional design services for the Manhattan Beach Dominguez Channel Stormwater Infiltration Project Feasibility Study, in the amount of $87,000.
SECTION 2. The Council hereby directs the City Manager , and/or his or her designee, to execute Amendment No.1 to the Agreement on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution.
