RESOLUTION NO. 25-0009
A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY
COUNCIL APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO THE
MAINTENANCE SER VICES AGREEMENT WITH PACIFIC
COAST ELEVATOR CORPORATION DBA AMTECH
ELEVATOR SERVICES FOR ELEVATOR AND
ESCALATOR MAINTENANCE SERVICES
THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves Amendment No. 2 to the Agreement between the City of Manhattan Beach and Pacific Coast Elevator Corporation dba Amtech Elevator Services for a total c ost not to exceed $674,900.
SECTION 2. The Council hereby directs the City Manager to execute the Amendment No. 2 to the Agreement on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution.
