Mayor Pro Tem Lesser called the meeting to order.
City Clerk Tamura provided that Mayor Howorth requested to attend the meeting remotely for due cause.
Mayor Howorth provided that she requested to participate in the meeting remotely under AB2449 for just cause as she was ill.

At 6:00 PM, the City Council reconvened into Open Session with all City Councilmembers present.
CLOSED SESSION ANNOUNCEMENT IN OPEN SESSIONIV.
City Attorney Quinn Barrow announced that the City Council went into Closed Session to discuss the items identified on the agenda. The Council gave direction with respect to Items I. a and I. b. There was no other reportable action taken.
