RECONVENE INTO OPEN SESSIONIII.
At 4:38 PM, the City Council reconvened into Open Session with all City Councilmembers present.
CLOSED SESSION ANNOUNCEMENT IN OPEN SESSIONIV.
City Attorney Quinn Barrow announced that the City Council went into Closed Session to discuss two separate matters identified on the agenda. With respect to Item Fb, the piece of existing litigation, by a 5-0 vote, the City Council gave direction to the City Attorney.
ADJOURNMENTG.
At 4:40 PM, Mayor Lesser adjourned the meeting to the February 24, 2026, Adjourned Regular City Council Meeting at 6:00 PM.
