Mayor Howorth called the meeting to order.

A motion was made by Mayor Pro Tem Lesser, seconded by Councilmember Charelian, to approve the agenda. The motion carried by the following vote:

At 5:06 PM, the City Council reconvened into Open Session with the exception of Councilmember Franklin and Councilmember Tarnay being absent.
CLOSED SESSION ANNOUNCEMENT IN OPEN SESSIONIV.
Assistant City Attorney Michael Yoshiba announced that the City Council went into Closed Session to discuss the item identified on the agenda. The City Council, by vote, gave direction to the City Negotiator with respect to the property identified on the agenda.
