RESOLUTION NO. 25-0019
A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY
COUNCIL APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN
MANHATTAN BEACH AND EL CAMINO COLLEGE AND
RIO HONDO COLLEGE FOR THE DONATION OF
SURPLUS FIRE EQUIPMENT
THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves the Agreement between the City and El Camino College and Rio Hondo College for the donation of surplus fire equipment.
SECTION 2. The Council hereby directs the City Manager to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution.
