RESOLUTION NO. 25-0025
A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY
COUNCIL APPROVING AN EXTENSION LETTER
BETWEEN THE CITY OF MANHATTAN BEACH AND IPS
GROUP, INC. FOR PARKING METER REPAIR AND
TRANSACTION MERCHANT PROCESSING SERVICES
THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby authorizes the City Manager to execute a letter extending th at certain agreement with IPS Group, Inc. , dated November 6, 2019 (the “Agreement”), for parking meter repair services and transaction merchant processing services for one additional year . Thereafter, in the event subsequent extensions are needed, the City Council hereby authorizes the City Manager to exercise additional one-year extensions authorized by Section
1.2 of the Agreement.
SECTION 2. The Council hereby directs the City Manager to execute the Letter on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution.
