RESOLUTION NO. 25-0029
A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY
COUNCIL APPROVING THE CONSTRUCTION
DRAWINGS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE 28 TH
STREET STORMWATER INFILTRATION PROJECT
THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council approves the Construction Drawings and Technical Specifications prepared by CWE for the 28 th Street Stormwater Infiltration Project.
SECTION 2. The City Council hereby authorizes the City Engineer to sign the C onstruction Drawings and Technical S pecifications, and to approve any subsequent minor alterations to the plans and/or specifications.
SECTION 3. The City Council hereby authorizes the City Engineer to solicit competitive contractor bids for construction of the 28 th Street Stormwater Infiltration Project.
SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this Resolution.
