Acting Finance Director Libby Bretthauer provided background regarding the item, began the PowerPoint Presentation and responded to City Council questions.

City Manager Talyn Mirzakhanian, Senior Management Analyst Tatyana Roujenova-Peltekova, and Information Technology Director Guardado responded to City Council questions.
Community Development
Interim Community Development Director Michael Codron presented.
Interim Community Development Director Codron, Planning Manager Adam Finestone and City Manager Mirzakhanian responded to City Council questions.
Planning Manager Finestone announced a community meeting to discuss potential interim uses of the site, to be discussed at Project Pulse at the Manhattan Heights Park Community Center on May 21, 2025, at 6:00 PM.
Communications and Civic Engagement Manager Alexandria Latragna, Interim Community Development Director Codron, City Manager Mirzakhanian, Acting Finance Director Bretthauer and Traffic Engineer Erik Zandvliet responded to City Council questions.
