RESOLUTION NO. 25-0051
A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY
COUNCIL APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
CITY OF MANHATTAN BEACH AND THE LOVEMB
FOUNDATION REGARDING FUNDRAISING FOR
PROGRAMS, FACILITIES, AND PROJECTS THAT
ENHANCE THE QUALITY OF LIFE OF THE RESIDENTS
AND COMMUNITY OF THE CITY OF MANHATTAN BEACH
THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves the Agreement between the City of Manhattan Beach and the LoveMB Foundation dated May 20, 2025 regarding fundraising for programs, facilities, and projects that enhance the quality of life of the residents and community of the City of Manhattan Beach.
SECTION 2. The Council hereby directs the City Manager to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution.
