Public Works Director Erick Lee provided background regarding the item and introduced Acting City Engineer Gil Gamboa who provided the PowerPoint presentation.
Acting City Engineer Gamboa, Public Works Director Lee, City Manager Talyn Mirzakhanian, Acting Finance Director Libby Bretthauer, and Parks and Recreation Director Mark Leyman responded to City Council questions.
Mayor Howorth opened the floor to public comments.
