A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY
COUNCIL APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
CITY OF MANHATTAN BEACH AND HDL COREN & CONE
FOR PROPERTY TAX MANAGEMENT, INFORMATION
AND AUDIT SERVICES
THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves an Agreement between the City of Manhattan Beach and HDL Coren & Cone dated June 4, 2025, for Property Tax Management, Information and Audit Services through June 5, 2030.
SECTION 2. The Council hereby directs the City Manager to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution.
