RESOLUTION NO. 25-0066
A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY
COUNCIL APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
CITY OF MANHATTAN BEACH AND JOHN L. HUNTER &
ASSOCIATES, INC. FOR FAT, OILS, AND GREASE (FOG)
AND PERMIT COMPLIANCE SERVICES
THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves the Agreement between the City of Manhattan Beach and John L. Hunter & Associates, Inc., dated the same date the City Council approves this agreement for fat, oils, and grease (FOG) and permit compliance services in the amount not to exceed $260,500.
SECTION 2. The Council hereby directs the City Manager to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution.
