A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY
COUNCIL APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
CITY OF MANHATTAN BEACH AND HF&H
CONSULTANTS, LLC FOR SB1383 COMPLIANCE
SERVICES
THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves the Agreement between the City of Manhattan Beach and HF&H Consultants, LLC, dated the same date the City Council approves this agreement for SB1383 compliance services in the amount not to exceed $97,000. 99% of the agreement costs will be covered by the SB1383 Local Assistance Grant, cycle OWR4.
SECTION 2. The Council hereby directs the City Manager to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution.
