A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY
COUNCIL A PPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO THE
MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING (MOU) BETWEEN
THE CITIES OF MANHATTAN BEACH , TORRANCE,
REDONDO BEACH AND HERMOSA BEACH, AND THE
LOS ANGELES COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT
FOR CONTINUED IMPLEMENTATION OF THE
COORDINATED INTEGRATED MONITORING PROGRAM
FOR THE BEACH CITIES WATERSHED MANAGEMENT
GROUP
THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves Amendment No. 2 for the MOU between the Cities of Manhattan Beach , Torrance, Redondo Beach and Hermosa Beach, and the Los Angeles County Flood Control District, for the continued implementation of the Coordinated Integrated Monitoring Program (CIMP) for the Beach Cities Watershed Management Group (BC WMG).
SECTION 2. The City Council hereby authorizes and directs the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 2 on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify the passage and adoption of this resolution.
