Dear Mayor and Councilmembers,
The Downtown Manhattan Beach Business Improvement District (BID) Advisory Board met on Monday, May 12, 2025, with a quorum present. The Board reviewed the 2024-2025 year-end progress report and approved the 2025-2026 BID Activity Plan and Budget. The Board is requesting that City Council approve the Resolution of Intent and ratify the Roster of the BID Board.
