A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY
COUNCIL APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN CITY
OF MANHATTAN BEACH AND BUTIER ENGINEERING,
INC. FOR CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT AND
INSPECTION SERVICES FOR PACIFIC S EWER LIFT
STATION CONVERSION TO GRAVITY LINE PROJECT
THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves the Agreement between the City of Manhattan Beach and Butier Engineering, Inc. , dated the date this Agreement is executed by the City Manager , for the Pacific Avenue Sewer Lift Station Conversion to Gravity Line Project (“Project”), in the amount of $468,137.
SECTION 2. The City Council hereby authorizes and directs the City Manager to execute the Agreement.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution.
