A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY
COUNCIL APPROVING THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
CITY OF MANHATTAN BEACH AND CONTEMPORARY
SERVICES CORPORATION FOR UNARMED GUARD
SERVICES
THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves the Agreement between the City of Manhattan Beach and Contemporary Services Corporation, dated July 15, 2025, for Unarmed Guard services in the amount of $1,575,000.
SECTION 2. The Council hereby directs the City Manager to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution.
