A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY
COUNCIL APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 9 BETWEEN
THE CITY OF MANHATTAN BEACH AND MERCHANTS
LANDSCAPE SERVICES INC., FOR LANDSCAPING
SERVICES
THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves Amendment No. 9 between the City of Manhattan Beach and Merchants Landscape Services Inc., dated the same date the City Council approves this agreement to provide landscape services in the amount not to exceed $901,470.
SECTION 2. The Council hereby directs the City Manager to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution.
