A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY
COUNCIL A PPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO AN
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF MANHATTAN
BEACH AND CONTROL AUTOMATION DESIGN, INC.
FOR SCADA SYSTEM PROGRAMMING, MAINTENANCE,
AND TROUBLESHOOTING SERVICES
THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves Amendment No. 2 to the Professional Services Agreement between the City of Manhattan Beach and Control Automation Design, Inc., dated the date the City Council approves this Agreement, to exten d the term through June 30, 2027, authorize an additional one year extension, and increase the maximum compensation by $300,000 for a new Maximum Compensation of $374,900 for continued SCADA System programming, maintenance, and troubleshooting services at the Peck Reservoir Treatment Plant.
SECTION 2. The City Council hereby directs the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 2.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution.
