RESOLUTION NO. 25-0097
A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY
COUNCIL APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
CITY OF MANHATTAN BEACH AND HINDERLITER, DE
LLAMAS AND ASSOCIATES FOR SALES, USE AND
TRANSACTIONS TAX AND AUDIT SERVICES
THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves the Agreement between the City of Manhattan Beach and Hinderliter, de Llamas and Associates dated August 20, 2025, for sales, use and transactions tax and audit services through August 19, 2030.
SECTION 2. The Council hereby directs the City Manager to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution.
