A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY
COUNCIL APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
CITY OF MANHATTAN BEACH AND MCCI FOR
DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND RELATED
SERVICES
THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves the Agreement between the City of Manhattan Beach and MCCi, effective on the last day of the Agreement’s execution by and between the parties, for Document Management System and related services in the amount of $251,075.
SECTION 2. The Council hereby authorizes the City Manager to pay MCCi an additional amount up to 10% ($25,107) of the amount of the Agreement to be utilized only if needed for unforeseen project adjustments related to additional licensing and/or services.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution.
