A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY
COUNCIL APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NUMBER 2
WITH CLARKE CONTRACTING CORPORATION FOR THE
MANHATTAN BEACH SANTA MONICA BAY TMDL TRASH
TREATMENT PROJECT
THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves Contract Change Order No.2 (“CCO2”) between the City of Manhattan Beach and Clarke Contracting Corporation (“Contractor”), to add the Dominguez Channel Trash TMDL Project (“Project”) to the Manhattan Beach Santa Monica Bay TMDL Trash Treatment Project , in the amount of $626,468.
SECTION 2. The City Council hereby directs the City Manager, and/or his or her designee, to execute the Contract Change Order No.2 (CCO2) to the contract on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this Resolution.
