A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY
COUNCIL APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO THE
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF MANHATTAN
BEACH AND CWE FOR ADDITIONAL DESIGN SERVICE
FOR THE MANHATTAN BEACH SANTA MONICA BAY
TMDL TRASH TREATMENT PROJECT
THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves Amendment No. 2 to the Agreement between the City of Manhattan Beach and CWE. (“Consultant”) for additional design services for the Santa Monica Bay TMDL Trash Treatment Project (“Project”), in the amount of $123,754.
SECTION 2. The City Council hereby authorizes and directs t he City Manager and/or his or her designee to execute Amendment No. 2 to the Agreement on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this Resolution.
