(Whereas. roting is the foremost right and responsibilit of citizens of the United States of Amenca; and
Mierecess registering to rote emporers eligible citizens to exercise their right to vote on Election (Whereres active and engaged citizens, regardless of gender, ethnicit; on political aftiliation, ire the foundation of democraco; and
Wherers. for ant democracy to work, all eligible citizens must be able to rote for their representatires without barriers in free and lair elections; and (Wherenes, the goal for the 2025 National Voter Registration Dar is to create awareness of elections and motnate eligible citizens to rote in coming months; and Wherers. the hallmark of good citizenship is community participation, including informed roting in erert election in which a ballot is receired; and (Wherers. good citizenship includes respecting other points of view, keeping an open mind, and taking care of one another and the environment that sustains us; and (Wherers. a thriving democracy includes governments that are open, transparent, inclusive and equitable.
