RESOLUTION NO. 25-0113
A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY
COUNCIL APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
CITY OF MANHATTAN BEACH AND EL CAMINO
COMMUNITY COLLEGE DISTRICT FOR THE DONATION
OF A SURPLUS 2000 AMERICAN LAFRANCE FIRE
ENGINE
THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves the Agreement between the City and El Camino Community College District for the donation of a surplus 2000 American LaFrance Fire Engine.
SECTION 2. The Council hereby directs the City Manager to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution.
