CLOSED SESSION ANNOUNCEMENT IN OPEN SESSIONIV.
City Attorney Quinn Barrow announced that the City Council went into Closed Session to discuss three items as listed on the agenda. The City Council gave direction on all three items. Regarding one of the cases under Item b, the City Council gave direction by a 4 to 1 vote with a No Vote by Councilmember Charelian.
