A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY
COUNCIL APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
CITY OF MANHATTAN BEACH AND
CLIFTONLARSONALLEN LLP FOR FINANCIAL AUDIT
SERVICES
THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves a three-year Agreement between the City of Manhattan Beach and CliftonLarsonAllen LLP (“Consultant”) dated December 1, 2025, for financial audit services in an amount not to exceed $186,900.
SECTION 2. The Council hereby directs the City Manager to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. The Council hereby authorizes the City Manager to execute an optional two -year extension , at the City Manager’s sole discretion . The compensation paid by the City to Consultant shall not exceed $78,600 for services rendered during Fiscal Year 2028 -2029 and $64,500 for services rendered during Fiscal Year 2029 - 2030.
SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution.
