RESOLUTION NO. 25-0121
A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY
COUNCIL APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
CITY OF MANHATTAN BEACH AND BADGER METER, INC.
FOR PROVIDING AND INSTALLING SEVEN SEWER
MANHOLE SMARTCOVERS AND PROVIDING
MONITORING SERVICES
THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves Amendment No. 2 to the General Services Agreement between the City of Manhattan Beach and Badger Meter, Inc., dated the date the City Council approves this Agreement, to extend the term through November 30, 2026, and increase the maximum compensation by $ 120,100 for a new Maximum Compensation of $ 195,000 for providing and installing seven sewer manhole SmartCovers and providing continued monitoring services.
SECTION 2. The City Council hereby directs the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 2.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution.
