RESOLUTION NO. 25-0126
A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF MANHATTAN BEACH AND RENEWELL FLEET SERVICES, LLC. FOR EMERGENCY VEHICLE MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR SERVICES THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves the Agreement between the City of Manhattan Beach and ReNewell Fleet Services, LLC dated November 19, 2025 for emergency vehicle maintenance and repair services for an amount not-to-exceed $775,000.
SECTION 2. The Council hereby directs the City Manager to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution.
