RESOLUTION NO. 25-0127
A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF MANHATTAN BEACH AND DIXON RESOURCES UNLIMITED FOR SPECIALIZED MUNICIPAL PARKING OPERATIONS CONSULTING SERVICES, IN THE AMOUNT OF $151,000 THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves Amendment No. 1 to that certain Agreement between the City of Manhattan Beach and Dixon Resources Unlimited, dated March 13, 2025, for Specialized Municipal Parking Operations Consulting Services. With the additional work contemplated by Amendment No. 1 at a cost not-to-exceed $151,000, the total amount of the amended contract shall not exceed $225,900.
SECTION 2. The Council hereby directs the City Manager to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution.
