RESOLUTION NO. 25-0128
A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF MANHATTAN BEACH AND SAVANT SOLUTIONS, INC. FOR MANAGED DETECTION AND RESPONSE SERVICES THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement between the City of Manhattan Beach and Savant Solutions, Inc., dated November 20, 2025, for Managed Detection and Response services for an amount of $122,913 and a new total not-to-exceed amount of $350,622.
SECTION 2. The Council hereby directs the City Manager to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution.
