A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY
COUNCIL APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF MANHATTAN
BEACH AND RUBIO MEDINA, ARCHITECT , FOR THE
MANHATTAN HEIGHTS PARK RESTROOM BUILDING
REHABILITATION PROJECT
THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves Amendment No. 1 to the agreement between the City of Manhattan Beach and Rubio Medina, Architect, dated July 2, 2024 for consultant project management services for $ 153,482, for a new Maximum Compensation of $228,062.
SECTION 2. The Council hereby authorizes the City Manager, and/or his or her designee, to execute the Amendment to the Agreement on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution.
