Staff recommends that City Council:
A. Adopt Resolution No. 25-0035:
Awarding Construction Contract to Zusser Company, Inc. in the amount of $25,308,810 for the 28th Street Stormwater Infiltration Project (28th Street Project); and Authorizing the City Manager to execute the contract, and authorize the City Manager and/or his/her designee to approve an extra work contingency up to $2,530,881. recommendations

B. Adopt Resolution No. 25-0036:
Approving a Professional Services Agreement with Transtech Engineers, Inc. in the amount of $1,095,755 for Construction Management and Inspection Services for the 28th Street Project; and Authorizing the City Manager and/or his/her designee to execute the agreement.
C. Adopt Resolution No. 25-0037:
Approving Amendment No.2 to the Professional Services Agreement with CWE for additional design services in the amount of $521,380 for the 28th Street Project; and Authorizing the City Manager and/or his/her designee to execute the agreement.
