RESOLUTION NO. 25-0134
A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF MANHATTAN BEACH AND David Volz Design Landscape Architects, Inc., DBA DVDCreative FOR PROFESSIONAL DESIGN SERVICES FOR THE SAN DUNE PARK IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves the Agreement between the City of Manhattan Beach and David Volz Design Landscape Architects, Inc., DBA DVDCreative for professional design services in the amount of $361,009.
SECTION 2. The Council hereby directs the City Manager, and/or his or her designee, to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution.
