A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY
COUNCIL AWARDING A CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT TO
ZUSSER COMPANY, INC. FOR THE 28 TH STREET
STORMWATER INFILTRATION PROJECT
THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves that certain agreement (“Agreement”) between the City of Manhattan Beach (“City”) and Zusser Company, Inc. (“Contractor”), dated December 2, 2025, for the 28th Street Stormwater Infiltration Project (“Project”) in the amount of $25,308,810.00.
SECTION 2. The Council hereby authorizes and directs the City Manager, and/or his or her designee, to execute the Agreement and further authorizes the City Manager, and/or his or her designee, to pay the Contractor up to an additional $2,530,881.00 for additional work, if necessary.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution.
