RESOLUTION NO. 26-0001
A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL APPROVING A COMPENSATION PLAN FOR PART-TIME UNREPRESENTED EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY OF MANHATTAN BEACH WHEREAS, terms, conditions, compensation and benefits for part-time unrepresented employees are provided in a part-time compensation plan; and WHEREAS, the previous Part-Time Employees Compensation Plan (part-time compensation plan) had a term of January 1, 2022 through June 30, 2025; and WHEREAS, the attached part-time compensation plan is intended to be inclusive of all terms, conditions, compensation and benefits for unrepresented employees, with the exception of policies that apply to all City employees and therefore apply to part-time employees.
THEREFORE, THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves and adopts the attached Part-Time Unrepresented Employees Compensation Plan, effective July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2028.
SECTION 2. The Human Resources Director or her designee shall administer the terms of the compensation plan on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution.
