RESOLUTION NO. 26-0004
A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 3 TO THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF MANHATTAN BEACH AND PACIFIC ADVANCED CIVIL ENGINEERING, INC. FOR PROFESSIONAL DESIGN SERVICES FOR THE VOORHEES SEWER LIFT STATION IMPROVEMENT PROJECT AND PACIFIC SEWER LIFT STATION CONVERSION TO GRAVITY LINE PROJECT THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves Amendment No. 3 to the Agreement between the City of Manhattan Beach (“City”) and Pacific Advanced Civil Engineering, Inc., dated June 7, 2022, for professional design services for the Voorhees Sewer Lift Station Improvements Project (“Voorhees Project”) and Pacific Sewer Lift Station Conversion to Gravity Line Project (“Pacific Project”) in the amount of $165,000, for a new Maximum Compensation of $791,358.
SECTION 2. The City Council hereby reappropriates $75,000 from within the Sewer Fund to fund the Voorhees Project.
SECTION 3. The City Council hereby authorizes and directs the City Manager, and/or his or her designee, to execute the Amendment to the Agreement on behalf of the City.
SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution.
