RESOLUTION NO. 26-0005
A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF MANHATTAN BEACH AND RAFTELIS FINANCIAL CONSULTANTS, INC. FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES FOR THE WATER RATE AND SEWER RATE STUDY PROJECT AND APPROPRIATING $54,011.50 FROM THE WATER FUND AND $54,011.50 FROM THE SEWER FUND FOR THE PROJECT THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves the Agreement between the City of Manhattan Beach and Raftelis Financial Consultants, Inc., dated the date the City Council approves this Agreement, for professional services for the Water and Sewer Rate Study Project in the amount of $108,023.
SECTION 2. The City Council hereby approves an appropriation of $54,011.50 from the Water Fund and $54,011.50 from the Sewer Fund for the project.
SECTION 3. The Council hereby directs the City Manager to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City.
SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution.
