At 8:01 PM, the City Council reconvened into Open Session with the exception of Mayor Pro Tem Franklin being absent.
CLOSED SESSION ANNOUNCEMENT IN OPEN SESSIONIV.
City Attorney Quinn Barrow announced that the City Council went into Closed Session to discuss three separate items as identified on the agenda. The City Council gave direction. There was no reportable action taken.

At 8:02 PM, Mayor Lesser adjourned the meeting to the February 3, 2026, Adjourned Regular City Council Meeting at 5:00 PM.
