RESOLUTION NO. 26-0007
A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY
COUNCIL WAIVING FORMAL BIDDING AND
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO NEGOTIATE
AND EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CI TY
OF MANHATTAN BEACH AND FLOCK GROUP INC. FOR
DRONE AS FIRST RESPONDER PROGRAM
THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby waives formal bidding due to the sole source justification and authorizes the City Manager to negotiate and execute an agreement between the City of Manhattan Beach and Flock Group Inc., for a Drone as First Responder Program in a not-to-exceed amount of $300,000.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution.
